While most social occasion online Stores do not accept returns or exchanges on any of their dresses, we at onlineoutdoorwarehouse.com , are committed to excellent customer service and are happy to offer an exchange on your purchase or a store credit if needed. Steps you must follow: For an exchange or a store credit you will need to contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order.
You will need a return authorization number issued by onlineoutdoorwarehouse.com.
All packages must have a Return Authorization # on the box. All packages without RA # will be refused All dresses must be shipped back to us within three (3) days of receiving the dress. Three days includes weekends as well. All products must be returned in the time allowed in the original condition with all tags in place. Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. Shipping fees are not refundable. There is also a $15 exchange fee that will cover the cost of all orders within the United States. There are no returns or exchanges on special orders and sale items.
